It is important for you to understand that you may require more or less sessions than a course provides. If you discontinue, the visits can either be used at a later date or you may request a refund for any unused sessions, in which event, no discounted fee will be applicable. The fee status for each visit used would be £45.00
Cancellation Fee
We do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments. This is so we can allocate appointment times for emergency care if required. Sessions cancelled or re-scheduled within a 24 hour period will be charged at the full amount.
Please Note
As of 30th August 2016, we voluntarily de-registered as providers for AXA/PPP and BUPA. As a result, we will no longer be accepting or providing medical insurance claims for these companies.
