As every patient responds differently to care, you may require more or fewer sessions than those included within a course of care. If you decide to discontinue treatment, any unused visits can either be used at a later date or refunded. Should you request a refund, the discounted course rate will no longer apply, and any visits already attended will be charged at the standard fee of £48.00 per visit.
Cancellation Fee
We do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments. This is so we can allocate appointment times for emergency care if required. Sessions cancelled or re-scheduled within a 24 hour period will be charged at the full amount.
Please Note
As of 30th August 2016, we voluntarily de-registered as providers for AXA/PPP and BUPA. As a result, we will no longer be accepting or providing medical insurance claims for these companies.
