Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Just as there are normal values for blood pressure and cholesterol, there are normal values for both posture (structure) and movement (function) of your spine. Many health conscious families visit us regularly on a basis for prevention. After time is spent on your initial visits, you will be pleased to know that only short visits are required for regular adjustment sessions.

A typical office visit may require just 10 to 15 minutes. With most of the ground work done, we can promptly assess the state of your spine, adjust you where required and efficiently get you on your way.

We appreciate your time is valuable, and as such, we do everything possible to run on time to help minimise any interruption to you busy life. We also rely on your help with this. We may run late if a case requires more time than usual, but please be assured, you will receive the time you require on your visit.

Simple problems may require weekly adjustments for a short time, whereas older problems may require your body being adjusted initially at twice a week, before reducing out the frequency of your visits as you respond to care.

Like a regular work out at the gym, or cleaning your teeth, each visit builds on the ones before. Missed visits can interfere with the momentum necessary to make the changes to your body. Our office is intended to be efficient and professional, yet in a relaxed and friendly environment. Our staff are here to help you to maintain healthy lifestyle choices.

Please note, sessions cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 24 hours notice (unless an emergency) will be charged a cancellation fee of £14. If no notice is given a full fee will be charged.
